The Associate Vice Chancellor – Budget and Resource Planning Erin Gore reports to the Vice Chancellor – Administration & Finance, and directs budget and resource planning for the Berkeley campus. She is a member of the Chancellor's Cabinet and oversees the Budget Office, Office of Financial & Management Analysis, Office of Planning & Analysis, and Space Management & Capital Programs.

Budget Office
The Campus Budget Office provides executive management with objective, accurate, and timely information and analyses to inform central decision-making and strategic planning processes, including guiding the annual budgetary process, assessing ongoing budget and planning issues, and establishing and monitoring controls over fund allocations.

Office of Financial & Management Analysis
The Office of Financial & Management Analysis provides high-level analytical support to campus leadership, including recharge policy and review, external cost reimbursement and internal resource allocation studies, and representing the campus in costing negotiations with the federal government.
Office of Planning & Analysis
The Office of Planning & Analysis provides policy and institutional analysis and supports the academic planning process, academic program reviews, strategic and long-range planning, as well as responding to internal and external information requests.
Space Management & Capital Programs
Space Management & Capital Programs oversees the use and assignment of campus space, planning for capital projects, and the development of the capital improvement program.
